Finding a job can be a daunting prospect for anyone and is especially so for those who have taken a career break and want to return to work. The issues include:

Assessing one’s own skills and strengths
Taking a realistic look at what is available
Developing the confidence to believe that returning is possible
Devising a CV which focuses on the positive aspects of the career break
Career Counselling
Knowing where to look for, and find, job opportunities
Targeting specific areas for re-training or acquiring new skills
Working on strategies for achieving a successful work-life balance

Although common to all returners, these issues apply particularly to women, who make up the majority of Diana’s clients.

She has helped both practically and mentally.” - Workshop Participant
